Where must I put this file in my WoW folder in order for it to work. And does it add the blackrock as an option in the skins choices when creating character, or it automaticly transforms all your Orc characters in that way?

I really wanna use this mod, but don't want to turn 90% of the Orcs in game into black rock. However, when I try deleting select files, the game will not run. Can I get some help on how to do this? I want to be able to choose which face/skins to turn into black rock.
