need help, model patched

So i patched my Undead male to undead female model edit and i have to delete the mpq that got changed and repair wow.

But which mpq is the one i should delete? Common.mpq, Common-2.mpq, expansion.mpq, lichking.mpq or patch1-3.mpq?

Delete patch-3.MPQ, and repair your World of Warcraft with repair.exe. Next time, remember to remove your custom patches before updating
