Well pretty much, I play a private server with a bugged Deathbringer's Will and it turns me into a pig for the Taunka buff.
Can you possibly change the pig into a taunka?

Scorch - Spell - World of Warcraft to Incinerate - Spell - World of Warcraft?

the reason scorch doesn't work with incinerate, is because scorch is an instant effect on the target, the incinerate is a projectile that moves towards the target, so basically that is hard to change with only dbc edits (so far from what i've tried). allthough, Death knights Pestillence works good with incinerate. i've tried that and it looked awesome.

Can you do the icy veins to the older icy veins (looks like cold blood but on both hands)
