These two actually didn't work for me for whatever reason. The Red Proto remained a Red Proto, and the Forsaken Warhorse to Raven God turned out, well... Like this.

Just to clarify some stuff mostly so people don't think I favor some over others. There are certain swaps that I can't make to work, for example X > any armored or unarmored frost wyrm, both have matching texture names ex: RidingUndeadDrakeHeadCOLOR and RidingUndeadDrakeWingCOLOR; only thing that differs are the creature id's, for some reason the back half of the drakes body is green and I can't seem to figuer out why. I can do frostwyrms to anything else but not the other way round.
Ashes of Al'ar is another edit I can't seem to fix, in that the saddle is missing a texture and I can't find it.
Untill someone offers a solution or I figuer it out try to refrain from asking swaps to frostwyrms and phoenix mount.

The MPQ "BronzeDrake-VioletProto.mpq" don't work...
The proto drake does not fly...
and it is really big compared to other mount ...

Could you fix this or is this how is it ?

Hey Burn, I think I might know what your doing wrong with the model edits for X > Frostbrood drakes. When you replace the ID of the mount, don't forget to fill in the other three ID's that come with the frostbrood's. Which are for example: Field 6 -> RidingUndeadDrakeHeadWhite / Field 7 -> RidingUndeadDrakeWingWhite / Field 8 -> RidingUndeadDra****rsoWhite
If you are not that is why the tail end of your drake is appearing white or green, it's because your are forgetting to add field 7 and/or 8. Hope this helped, after asking for you to do the Bloodbathed -> Icebound conversion I just did it might self, and that's how I made sure it came out correctly. I did have a bug with mine though, I converted my Rusted Proto-Drake into the Icebound Frostbrood, and it turned out perfect...except i noticed the x-51 rocket flying mounts didn't appear under the character on my screen, not sure why, but looks like the person is just swimming around.

Edit: Also, when you save in your DB editor click on a different row than your editing before you click save, or it won't save.

Edit(2): I just re-read what you posted, your not putting in the "torso" color when your changing it, that's why the back end is white. When you are in Model Viewer it should show Head, Wing, and Torso colors. Torso gets put in field 8.
