Help with old model (patch.mpq)

ok guys i got a patch.mpq to witch up my mount to look cool n w/e, iv had it for ever then WOW got updated and now Patch-5.mpq is gone but yet my mount looks the same as it did before. the only .mpq files in my data folder are the huge ones from blizz, i cant even find it when i use the search bar. I wanna get rid of this model edit.. any ideas ??

You'll need to delete the big files (or file if you know where the mount is located) and run repair.exe
Always remove custom MPQ patches when applying an official update, always.
