[Race Change] Race Swaps in Stock and More if Requested

Hello there, I'm just asking because I'm in need of some help. Just recently I decided to try to change my tauren male into a NeMale. Put the patch in where it should be, renamed etcetera. In my character selection screen I could see that my tauren was turned into a night elf, however as soon as I got logged in i got a message saying "World of Warcraft retail has stopped working" anybody knows the solution to this?
