tried TaM-UnM and TaM-OrM but i cant get em to work. maybe this is really dumb, but isnt it supposed to be .MPQ file? its .RAR for me. im not sure what to do

.rar file is zipped file. You need to unzip it anywhere on your comp, and you will get .MPQ file I will also be doing rest of the requests soon enough!

I've tried to get the OrM -> NeM work, and it actually does to some point , but when I login and get in-game, my wow crashes after a few sec? (fx if I try to mount or smth).
- I read somewhere that MEfix isn't needed as of patch 3.3.X , but it's not like I can even get MEfix to work anyway, so.. :confused:

.yeah MEfix isn't required anymore, and those crashes are just a bug with the swap i think, if you follow the guide to making your own swaps here : Grif Simple Guide! And you get that error, you can just try redoing the .mpq, it sometimes help.
