So, is it only possible to have 1 model swap?

I tried BeMale to Undead female, worked perfect (named patch-A) then i tried Tauran Male to Gnome female (patch-B) Textures are messed up, I tried to swap the letters around (Patch-A to patch-Z) etc, but no avail

Yes you do it should be like "Patch-4.MPQ" cant remember if you can have letters instead of the number but Patch-4 should work.
