Getting caught/banned for changing your title locally is not very likely, seeing as you won't benefit from it in any significant way other than having a cool title for yourself to look at.

Hi, i been trying to get <name> the Patient > Gladiator <name> but everytime i put it in my worldofwarcraft/data folder it says the Patient when i log into wow. Do i need to download something to make this work or am i doing something wrong? can you help me please

Im having problems with those mods, I put them in the patch-Z.MPQ folder but still wont work could anyone just like show me a screenshot or tell me what I am doing wrong, I am putting this file that I download straight in the patch-Z.MPQ folder. Do I have to do something with it before to get this working?
