can anyone teach me how to make it so trolls wear shoes and you cant see their feet. or can someone do it for me?

Download ModelEditFix (MEF), download patch (see thread), place content in /world of warcraft/data/ folder, launch, start MEF, done.

You don't need an MEF anymore.
Just place it in the Data folder an run the game.
