Yup, got them all working now, just had to fix some as I had wow running last time, anyways, uploading them later today as it take roughly 5min to do so per file and I'm in a hurry atm.

Make sure wow isn't running while you replace the itemcache.wdb. Also, don't use the launcher, use the regular wow.exe.
