you need patch-A or patch-B + TOL.mpq. in your DATA folder. it should work

I want my char to look like patch-a(lady alexstrasa) So i downloaded a file named BeM.mpq and renamed it to patch-z.mpq, in addition ive dowlnoaded patch-a and pu those files into data directory. But my blood elf is still a blood elf =( Im so confused. pls help me

download the patch-a.mpq + the modelchange for your race/gender from the first post and put both files into your data folder.

Not sure what the difference is between patch A and B, but I was only able to get the new skin to work, as opposed to her original look. Is this intended? I much prefer the red to the green.

And for those of you not able to get it to work at all, you have to rename the patch file, and your race file so that they use the same syntax as the existing patch files in the Data folder. Do you see the "patch-2.MPQ" file that's already in there? These have to be named EXACTLY the same, including capitalization. All you wanna do is put a different number after the dash. Don't ever replace the existing patch files.
