Thats really cool looking.

But i have a question:when you swap skins like this,does it only swap the skin of your character or of all the same NPJ's,char.mobs etc who as the same race tag as yours?

Also i suppos your the only one to see it because its client side and not server side correct?

Anyway i love it.

To awser your questions Z*****tos:

It swaps all the models of your race, so every npc that shares that model will also be swaped.

But yes, your the only who sees it
