Updated HuF-BeF with helm fix, problem was I forgot to rename the files from BeF to HuF heh. Anyway it's now available. Download HuF BeF.MPQ

Looks like you're using 2 model edits at the same time which can cause this problem, unfortunately I do not have a fix. All I can tell you to do is use one at a time.

before this patch i useing other huf-bef and he work well. Now i use mount swap patch, mb it's reason my problem?

Could be, take out the mount swap and load up the game and see if your face is still messed up. Because when I create a human female with the patch all the faces work perfectly.

Do you have more than 1 model edit in? it can cause this.

I tested out the HuF-DrF model edit in char creation and Nothing was wrong here is my results...

I dont have more than one model edit active. Tried re-dl'ing it, naming it patch-x or patch-4. still getting same problem Not really sure why, I've tried all your other edits and they're all amazing and working fine, its just this one thats image is disfigured for me.
