I've already tried using an edit somebody else did (one of edits for human-UD that is in one of the threads with multiple race conversions). Same effect. The whole edit is working perfectly, only having blond hair.
That's why i'm thinking its being slowly disabled and not just changed or bugged to.

The Human<->Undead edit from http://www.mmowned.com/forums/model-...osfiarmus.html works fine for me.

You don't happen to have an older edited DBC, do you?

Hmm, how you mean exactly? My MPQ with the edited version of the DBC is from 2.1.0 iirc. I had to reinstall WoW and redid my edits then.
The DBC edit i'm using is switching human hairstyle 5 and 7, so I can get the desired UD hair I want.
Though this isn't the problem. I've tried without the DBC edited already and it didn't change anything.

Sure sounds like that would be a perfect explanation for the problem. Try getting the newer version of the DBC and editing that.

That isn't precisly what I meant really
This is just the first step to what will become the definitive ending of model-editing imo. If ofcourse, this is caused by Blizzard and it isn't a bug.
But if it would be a bug, I'm quite certain I would've fixed it already :/

And again, many people posting that they don't have the problem:
This only occurs to certain model edits. The way my character is composed is an example of it. Though is very specific as I figured just now. It isn't only the hairstyle, but it's the combination of the whole composition of your character. My character is one of the unfortunate ones :/

Hmm, would you mean by reinstalling the game or editing the current DBC instead of the one from 2.1.0?

Done so now and nothing changed.
It's only the hair style change that is done through DBC editing though, rest is done through normal MEditing

    Re: R.I.P. Model Editing 20/06/07

Still using Human Male > Ud male and its working as it always has, hair and face is a bit messed up but tbh, all that matters is that i have full control over the UD stance.

Also, dwarf female to BE Male still works fine, since my mate uses that, and i made it for him a few weeks back,

    good luck guys.
