[Hunter Pet] 3.2.2 Wolf to Worgen

Simple update for the Wolf to Worgen model edits i prevously did, seems my last batch crashed the game when near Bladges Edge Mountain.

This'll replace the old school pretbc wolves with the northrend worgens. For a documented list of where these wolves are visit: Petopia
