Well 2 things. There's very little more you can do other than editing the model textures the way you're doing it, and this is completely the wrong section. Requests/questions/showoff sections would be better.

Actually, this is the right section, this is a simple model edit.

In the sticky it says weapon to weapon and armor to armor swaps are to be posted here, or something along those lines.
