VANILLA LOGIN SCREEN MODIFICATION
working with 3.1.2!

Installation:
NO MPQ files or replacements needed!
Simply Paste the Interface and Sound folders to your WoW directory.

Contains the ORIGINAL vanilla login screen files, taken from the MPQs themselves!

Vista users might have to start the Game as an administrator. The error caused if not does not occur for all vista users though.

I might also be sharing the BC login screen soon.

I dont like the vanilla screen much either.
Soz jooze, but i beat you to the burning crusade one. Visit the post HERE to download it. Still no MPQ edits, and uses the exact same install method.

Could you maybe rename the folder something other than Interface? This clashes with my regular Add-ons so i have to pick between the 2. Thanks.

To Aurekz,
The folder HAS to be named interface, otherwise it wont work. Dont worry about your addons, just merge the folder, or go into the zipped interface folder, and just drag the 'GLUES' folder into the WOW interface folder, so in your "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface" you should then have 'Addons' and 'GLUES' in there. Dont worry about your addons.

In the download link you can download Jooze's pack + my additions(I give credit to Jooze for the GLUE_Logon music and screen).
I have added the Vanilla WoW Panel buttons, Logo, and have removed the Wotlk ambient logonscreen noises and logo.

you mean because i removed the ambiance noises (those are the only things that could cause further lag)? we both have the vanilla loginscreen background and music, mine just also has the old logo, panels (buttons, ect.), and removed ambience sounds.
