I'm also having a hard time getting these title changes to work. I have been renaming them to everything and still no luck

Just rename them to patch-G.MPQ oder patch-C.MPQ or something else...
The .MPQ needs to be in caps!
But maybe u're a female ingame ?
And don't forget: You need the WoWMeFix
