Not if you remove the Scan.dll, here is a guide how to do that.
Note: This is a quote from kostas84 on another forum (didn't feel like typing it all out in my own words )

"... first thing we have to do is open Scan.dll which is located in your w0w folder, open Scan.dll with notepad, delete everything inside, and make it Read Only.

Open w0w, close w0w again.

Go to your w0w folder again and open Scan.dll.new with notepad, delete everything inside and make it read Only.

NOTE: BE SURE U DELETE EVERYTHING INSIDE BOTH SCAN.DLL FILES OR UR WOWME WILL BE DETECTED. AND BE SURE TO MAKE IT READ ONLY OTHERWISE THE SCAN.DLL WILL REGENERATE ITS CODING AND IT WILL MAKE WOWME DETECTABLE AGAIN...."

I hate to ask a question here, but is there something different you have to do for model editing in 3.1.1? I tried a character to creature but it comes up with corrupt file.
