1: Arent they bannable as of Patch 3.1?
2: How the hell would you use these files? Drag-n-drop?

To answer the first question, yes, but it is unlikely that you will get banned for model switches unless you are blabbing all over WoW; and for the second the files go into your Data file in your overall WoW file, but you need WoWme or an equivelant to run the edits, also you will need to disable the Scan.dll so Blizz doesn't track the use of WoWme. So basically use at your own discretion.
