Fronky, I love to see ppl doing stuff like this.
There's only 1 thing that makes it not work for me, I'm a Human Female that is changed into Undead Male, So it seems that this slow stealth animation isn't working for me, sadly enough.
Still I would like to ask you if you could make it work for me aswell, so that my Human Female changed into Undead Male will also have the old stealth animation, I will reward you with 4x +Rep!

You would need to edit the UD model (.m2) in the race swap MPQ and slow down the animation.
Easier way would be to take the UD model (.m2) from this MPQ and replace the UD model (.m2) in your race swap MPQ, with this one.
