[Model Swap] Gnome Male to Undead Male for 4.3

Just restated getting into model editing.

Gnome Male to Undead Male (for WoW 4.3)

There's two patch files included: the bigger one is the actual swap and the smaller one edits the dbc to make the model normal sized since gnomes are scaled up in game.
No helmfix yet and some textures may look messed up
