Sigh, this question gets old.
NO this is not bannable unless you tell someone you're using it and they report you.
I've been using model edits for two years now, and not once had it ever caused an issue.
I went from Neutral to Exalted with this patch and I'm sure you know how long that takes.

Why ain't any model edit working for me? I've tried that "fix" thing, but as fast as i try to open it, i get a error message! can anyone PM me and help me? (yes i'm very new to model editing etc)

Yus sir, although for some reason I haven't had to use MEfix for my reskins.
Just fly around till your game crashes. You'll know you're close, lol.

Also if you're a raider and you're using this, don't enter OS (Obsidian Sanctum) the actual inside will be completely flooded with murmur's and certain computers may not be able to handle it, and it does get annoying after a while ;P. Just a tip.
