I was waiting for someone to produce a functional 3.0.2 moonkin to noggenfogger skelly, but... i am impatient. took some time and was able to figure it out. i may put up a guide when time permits but for now, here you go:

as far as i can tell you do not need the MEfix. but if you do, then im sure you guys can find it somewhere.
