I use HxD(a hex-editor),Gimp,TGAtoBLP,Taliis and some unstable tools I wrote myself :O

It's some what hard for me to see, so I can't be sure when I say this. Now I'm assuming you're just alpha-ing out the wings to make them not show since I didn't recognize any tool up there as a modeling program, and I'm not terribly familiar with the griffin model per se, but doesn't it leave a large whole where the wings are?

I delete the geosets via editing *.skins and the whole isn't that great but I'm atm too lazy to edit the vertices to fix the hole, but perhaps I'll do this some time(but first the shadow version with ribbons ^^) or someone of you will do this after I released them(->when the shadow version is done xD)

Yeah, that might be something to fix before releasing, otherwise if you plan on leaving the wholes there it could've been done with much less work. =P

no... I started ^^
I never edited m2s before just ADTs, DBCs and BLPs(ok I created some new M2s and converted WC3-models to WoW but never took a close look at the structure :bigbrain2: )
