[Model Edit Fail] Gryphon to strange nether drake MUST SEE!

OK lets start from the beginning...

I was making a patch for ally flying gryphons to look like Swift Nether Drakes cuz i never gonna own one myself, but i want one, anyway like usual on my previus model edits, something went completley wrong.
When i mount up on my Snowy Gryphon this THIS came up:







i think its a color explosion

If you use any model edit in the .m2 without the .skins the model tries to render on the old wireframe but it displays in game on your .m2 edit, so the graphics get screwed up.
