You need to blend the textures in. Right now it looks like you used paint and randomly scribbled with red. You need to blend the texture in and mabye differentiate the colour slightly so it is not just one shade of red.

Apart from that, nice edit.

Now for me to go fix that wireframe problem I'm having =\
