Help i cant add vendors!!! :(

ok so, ive got my server running, and i am using ArcEmu as my server thingy, i had mysql but i couldnt make a server on it and i have sqlyog and i cant log onto my ip address (user-pc is not allowed to log on to here etc) so i cant see the list of vendors ids, and wen i try and add an NPC vendor it says 'INVALID ID' so wat should i do? (i do have the AC WEB Ultimate repack but it need sql and it didnt work for me so im now using this one, any1 who helps me i will make a GM on my server, its using hamachi so...ye (but i might limit access to prevent destruction of my server etc)...so can u help me spawn an NPC vendor for ArcEmu for me? thanks...pm me if u want to msn or e-mail me and i will send u my e-mail...thanks
