Well, I will say don't bother trying to fix it 3d Studio Max doesn't even fully support the 3ds format resulting in basically in barely working animations (its 3d Studio Max issue you will find when you reload the 3ds files most the animations go away though the file format supports them). Really I would use the source code if anything as a base to write a 3d Studio Max export plugin.

I never understood the cat myself. I just made the model because I needed a simple model with animations to see if animations were working and was around the time the avatars first started popping up.
