Wild guess, but green texture is often caused by BLP files that arent uploaded/corrected correctly. The image size must be even like 4x4 else it don't show up correctly.

...Sitting there looking at your avatar, Saint Pasdoy, I keep expecting that rabbit to go from :3 to D<!!!!!!!!!! and scaring the HELL out of me.

But nice rain effect here...personally, though, it would work better in W/EPL and Stratholme. Its contrasted too sharply against Stormwind and other lighter areas, I'd be squinting a bit if it ever started raining there.
