Model Changing in 1.11

you can't. Buildings are part of the terrain, so you can't make a campfire a building, but the Dark Portal is a physical entity, so you can use that. Believe me, if we could we'd have done it by now

you shouldn't have anything to worry about, even if you did it in the middle of IF really fast, most likely no body noticed.

well ok guys i made a different speech2.mpq with the files that transform the goldshire inn into Kharazan. when i load WOW it tells me speech2.mpq is corrupt and crashes, even though i am using the exact same files that i used to explore kharazan pre-1.11. if i try any other name like terrain2.mpq or model2.mpq or anything else and load wow, the game remains unchanged. help me! here is the edited MPQ.

update: i changed the file name to patch3.mpq, patch4.mpq, and it does not load. so only patch2.mpq works dotn know the significance of this. also i packed the MPQ using WinMPQ, not MyWarcraftStudio.. maybe this somehow corrupted it?

Yes look, I was in Ratchet with my friend, made this Dark Portal and told my friend "look at me now" and I wen't on the Dark Portal. He was like "wtf you're floating!!" So I guess they can see me walking in the air then.. But, when I was in Stormwind I was kinda high up and who looks at the sky while walking to another place in Stormwind? I think one guy saw me doing it but he was a lvl 20 or something. Don't think I'll get banned but from this i've learned a lesson, i need to be more careful
I thought i'd get invisible or something at first since on your pic, you're doing it in the middle of IF.

I'm having a slight delema with the requests. When using Speech2.MPQ I can only change either the texture or the Model. So the farthest I can get using Speech2.MPQ with a nightelf male to a demon hunter is a totally white demon hunter or a black looking Nightelf. I am gonig to mess around with every MPQ, 2-3, and see if I can do both at once, anyone elses ideas or tips could help. I accidently overwrote a MPQ and lost it...so I had to Re-download WoW :P. Going to be more careful this time.

i did mine in IF and i went AFK for 15min sitting on the portal and people were the wtf omfg reported

Any way to cancel a campfire? I was stuck in SW (I could fly out, I couldn't walk out) for 5 mins because there was a gigantic portal in my face.

You have to remove the file from your WoW Folder or rename so the game doesn't read it.

Does tis still works? And can i get detcted using this? I don't wanna get banned =P. And when i uses the darkportal will it alsways be facing in the same way?
