btw that char to the right can you get the gear ingame?

YES, you can get all the gear in game, just not at the same time. Allow me to explain:

He's a Blood elf, and he is wearing the Dark Iron Plate set, Slayer's Waistguard, Blood Knight Tabard, and Red Defias Mask. So, you can make him a pally and get the dark iron and the tabard, but then you couldn't get the mask. So on retail servers, no. You can't make you're tonn look like that.
