Alright, you know the water? The bay area in Azshara? Basically the whole right side of the zone, in the water?

Well...
In the middle of all that water, is a crater sort of and inside that crater smack dab in the middle, is the Dark Portal.

The Dark Portal was always used as a placeholder for where a new instance portal would be, back in the day.
