Some time has passed now since the release of patch 2.4.2, Could the people who didn't get it working possibly try it again now? (To rule out the 'haven't seen the items in-game yet' factor)

Or ofcourse if anyone knows why it works for some people, but doesn't work for other, please enlighten me ^^.
