Am using this file. Wow crashes. No AVs, nothing blocking any processes.

I got this to work, YAY!

but do I have to run it instead of WoW.exe every time?

(when I open the original WoW.exe it crashes)

Also if I have to disable my AV program every time I try to play WoW, it would be pretty annoying

The fix posted a few pages back is for people using the Public Test Realm only not the the Live version of WoW.

heh... for some reason, that file works on my live wow, but not the current PTR, which i believe is 2.1.3..

what did i miss?

Live = 2.1.3
PTR = 2.2.x

Turned AVG off and still got the same problem.

Turning it off won't fix it.. Disable it COMPLETELY and re download the program.

That's what I did, completly shut it off, disabled everything - Still not working.
But the wierd thing is, it works perfect on my laptop 0.o

I noticed that when I launch your model edit, whit no edits.. wow works, but If I got a edit (dbc files btw) wow dosn launch propperly, and just closes.
I havent tested whit normal models, but I guess this works. ;-)
do you know how to enable dbc files aswell?
