Hi. You can find on these forums a "guides and programs for model editing" section, you'll have many responses there.
But if you want to know, i'll tell you.
I extract textures (.blp files) and meshes (.m2) from .mpq files with MyWarcraftStudio.
I convert .blp textures to .png, for them to be editable, with BLPConvert.
Then i use Photoshop CS3 to modify the texture.
I save, then convert them back to .blp, and pack the new textures in .mpq with MyWarcraftStudio.
In order to edit auras' color, which are particles, i have to modify .m2 files with M2Modder.exe, which is part from "CryectsTools" pack.
