16/05/08: Mod updated for WoW patch 3.0.3 -- soon to do 3.1.

Note: This mod requires WoWME or any MEF to run. It's also incompatible with versions prior to 3.0.3.

Don't let the name throw you too much. This is simple (in theory) though rather excruciating edit of the ItemDisplayInfo.dbc. In short, it removes the lower half of robes turning them into essentially regular vests. This may or may not interest you, but I have heard the desire before. Here are two examples of the mod in action.



Just place it in your Data folder and you should be set. Or you can, of course, rename it and use it how you wish. Just remember that it requires a Model Edit Fix of some sort.

Thanks. Funny thing is, I only started messing around with the DBCs a couple days ago to fix the issues 2.4 introduce. I'd say I'm making decent progress.

I realize some people may not want a shotgun approach like this where every single robe is affected. I'm up for custom orders so long as you can give me relatively detailed info about the robe in question.
