Nope, and this is why;

The way I have constructed each race change will effectively overwrite any preceeding race change done in DBC. This means you can only have one of my race changes active at any one time.
Merging files like those to make 2 or 3 races into High Elves isn't a service I am conducting until I've completed my sound files for each race.

And even then I'll be 'selective' to who I do it with.

There's several guides and programs on this forum that allow for other race changes.
