Urm, yes they do, when a gm closes your ticket, you get an automatic message saying that. "SYSTEM: GM doesn't have an open ticekt for you" etc...

so it might be fake or perhaps the GM just used it to get rid of him? who knows, though he got a costumer survey up there in the corner but it looks like it has been copied into the picture. But i don't really care as it did what it was supposed to to, to entertain.
