Ok let me point out a few things
You do not say how you installed it. Why? People add the addon over the old one and expect merged files to work.
You do not say what you extracted it with,. Why? People keep in using software that does not extract it fully. Then wonders why it does not work.

The game when from Cata no Mop right?
Did people delete the saved variables because old settings will not work? No.
That is like expecting to use settings from Photoshop 2024, only made for 2024 to work on 2025

So basically you are telling me you did not update the addon and then wonder why it is not there.
You had the addon before MOP was out, so why would MOP guides show when they were not included.

When MOP is out, you have not even updated

When mop is out, 11 updates and you did not even update.

So I am going to guess here

Did you delete the savedvaribles for the addon? No
Did you search for the saved variables for the addon? No
You would still be running Cata settings on Mop and no it would not be compatible.

Instead made a most and expect me to tell you where it is, when you could have done it.

If you found the savedvaribles in any, deleted all, would have resolved all
