hello peepz, been leeching for a while now, but here's my contribution...
(I searched for similar files but couldnt find any,correct me if I'm wrong)

I guess alot of people here know the Brian Kopp's alliance lvling guide is in a secured .pdf file.

the downside of a secured .pdf is that you cant copy paste it...

SO: I converted the pdf files to Word files ===> you can now copy all the text and edit it to your needs (I mostly copy it into the meta maps notebook ingame so I dont have to alt tab every 10 minutes)

no you cant, unless you have the security code for it: that's what I mean with a secured .pdf

hell - why not download a pdf format maker, then print the word doc to a pdf file maker .. google "pdf creator" ... there's a few around
