1. first go to Install PHP 5 Apache MySQL on Windows : WampServer
and dowload and install it

2. then dowload the website pack from Filebeam - Free Fast File Hosting

3. copy everthing from the winrar map to www folder go to your ip addrese and

yes done you have your website buth if u want to change text background and

other things do to open your julianx index page thing as notepad and go down to

you see that ''ty for dowloading thats pimpin site buth dont try to say that you

made it or i gonna bla bla bla......'' change it to the text you want and if you wona

change images go to style notepad and change everthing there ^^ gi'me rep i

wont be a site noob forever
