[Guide] Make alot of gold with old Nexus Crystals.

This is a guide. Its pretty common sense, But some people may not have put 2 and 2 together.

Requirements:

1. Enchanting or a Enchanter
2. Nexus Crystals

Many people may have stock piles of Nexus Crystals and no idea what to do with them. Well heres your answer! In a recent patch they added a Enchanting formula to transmute 1 Nexus Crystal into 1 small prismatic shard. 3 small prismatic shards create 1 large prismatic shard (also a enchanting formula).

I've noticed on a few servers that prices for Large Prismatic Shard prices have increased up to 30g each! Whereas Nexus Crystals are normally around 6g each. So even if you dont have a stock pile of Nexus crystals you still have a chance at making a lot of gold by buying the nexus crystals off of the ah.

1 Nexus Crystal = 1 Small Prismatic Shard
3 Small Prismatic Shard = 1 Large Prismatic Shard

ok, so 9 nexus shards = 1 large prismatic shard which is worth 30g. 9x6g = 54g. better off selling the nexus shards.

No, 1 Nexus Crystal -> 1 Small Prismatic Shards.
A large prismatic shard requires 3 Small ones.
Aka, 3 Nexus' -> Large Prismatic.
If LP goes higher than 3xNexus price on your server, this can be used to gain cash.

Awesome, yes indeed, EU karazhan has around 30g per large prismatic atm.

Yeah on my server Nexus Crystals go for 16g a piece + the Xmute has a 1 day CD on it so =/ 3 days for a 16g less profit

Wow I learned this at the trainer and never gave it a second look, thanks for the tip! Other than the profit, shards are helping to gain me some enchanting business that is making much more than 30g a pop.
