easy gold from Heavy netherweave bandages

I read about this on the official WoW forums, and tried it out..works pretty well.

Buy any stack of Netherweave Cloth at the AH for LESS THAN 3 gold. If you spend 3g per stack, you will break even and won't make any profit.

Then create as many Heavy Netherweave bandages as you can.

Then sell them to vendors for 6g!!


Example:

Buyout 2 stacks of netherweave cloth at 2.5g
Creates 1 stack of H.N.B. which sells for 6g

2 x 2.5g = 5g
6g - 5g = 1g profit.....from doing practically nothing!!

it may not be the quickest way to make a profit, but hey...it works!

At higher levels, you'll get more gold from simply killing a mob from the time it takes you to do that. Otherwise, nice. But way too much of a hassle for just 1g.

no.. this is called making money while afk..

1. Go buy shiz loads of cloth
2. make room
3. start making
4. gO to do what you are doing away from the computer
5. Come bak bam go sell the stuff make a lil extra profit

Although it's true that at level 70 you could easily gain tons of gold farming random mobs...granted, but this first aid trick can easily be done at lower levels, since one can learn master first aid at level 50.


And yes, this is a great way to make gold when going afk.. like when I have to go take my dog out, or go to the can...just buyout all cloth..create all bandages and walk away. coming back from takin' a dump to 15-20 gold...is pretty sweet imo.

where do you sell your items?

If it has something to to with rep with the faction you're trying to sell it to, try one where you are exalted. I spend all my time in SW and of course am exalted.

Also according to thottbot, 1 bandage sells to vendors for 30 silver.

0.3 x 20 = 6
