5 000gold with little effort(Engin+mining)

Hello to the great community in mmowned.com,

I am making this guide for several reasons. First of all, i was tired of vague gold guides telling you just to play the auction house, or some outdated guides giving you mining routes that are farmed whole day long. Second of all, I want to get rid of my leecher status :yuckI've been a boring nasty little leecher for a whole year now).

To be able to use this guide, you will need about 340+ engineering and 375 mining. Those two things are very easily achievable in a few days work.

You will also need a few items. here they are:

Now, don't stop here saying: Oh man that's a f***ing repost of the windy clouds! Read on please
You will be following the following route:

The red crosses are places where windy clouds spawn. The white things are adamantide and the green is fel iron.

Now, although this seems to be common logic, there is an enormous number of people who don't do this. As you fly around on your flying mount from a windy cloud to a windy cloud, stop by and mine adamantide and fel iron.

People usually just say: Meh, i will go extract some primal air, they fly around nagrand for an hour, missing out on a lot of gold from the mining!

As you mine, you are letting the clouds respawn a bit.

This next part is optional, and it is very dependant on server and economy!

Now, as you farm fel iron and adamantide, Eternium ore will drop surely!
On my server, eternium and fel iron are cheap, unlike felsteel.
2 Eternium bars and 3 fel iron cost around 7g, but one fel steel costs 16g.

As you go and farm, just stop by at a forge, and smelt all the eternium and fel iron into fel steel!

On my server, one costs about 40g
N.B. You should always calculate if you can sell the mats for more money! Also, you should never put more than 2 or 3 robots on the AH! This could cause the prices to drop A LOT!

Post Post Script: I have made 800gold in one day using this method. You might say that you can do this faster with grinding, and the truth is that you do indeed can, BUT it is approximately 1500% harder and more boring!

The windy clouds are not bugged anymore, they got fixed! I wrote it this morning after picking up my gold from the mail box -.- I just did a search on mmowned for "engineering mining gold" and my guide was not posted. I try to share something interesting, and you jump me saying that I stole it from somewhere, and you ain't even providing a damn link!! Thanks...appreciated...not

Good guide, but i don't understand why you wrote "5 000gold with little effort" in the title. You could aswell write 10k gold. And saying 800g per day doesn't really say very much either. Did you grind for 2 hours or maybe 24 hours? Just say how much gold per hour you can make. And did you have an epic flying? That makes much difference.

I spent about 3 or 4 hours of actual work in flying around Nagrand, the other time I was being AFK or eatting or doing something else(That's my definition of a day's work )

A little update, so far I've gotten about 1100gold this way and raising.

As for why I wrote 5 000gold? This is a very common goal
