This is the guide from zygorguides.com, doesn't seem to have been posted yet so here it is. In the guide .zip itself is the main .pdf file, a .pdf gold making guide, cartographer and the in-game mod with instructions in the form of a .pdf.

In my opinion this guide is great and follows a different path to Brian Kopp's unlike Team IDemise and combined with the map mod it's even better.
