[Route] Herb & mining route in Tiragarde Sound (tons of herbs and a bunch of veins)

Hi OC!

I figured I'd post my favorite herb route at the moment. In an hour I get about 150+ riverbud, 150+ siren's pollen, ~100 star moss, 50+ sea stalks and a bunch of anchor weed. There's also a lot of veins and seams in the river, which could net your even more gold if the ores are worth more than herbs (and what you craft from them) right now. All of this was gathered with rank 2 of the herbs, sky golem and darkmoon fire water, but you can use the glove enchant too. Once you learn the routes then there's rarely need for any stirrups since you can gather the item before an enemy mob hits you. The top part of the route consists of everything but sea stalks, and the bottom part of the route is only sea stalks.

Follow the arrow on the map and you should gather a lot of materials. DO NOT RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. If you do then you have to run around waterfalls and up hills which only slows you down.

There are two areas which are slightly troublesome near the waterfalls in the upper west part of the route. There's a lot of snakes there but you can easily run between and farm the herbs. The second area is in the south part of the route where you find all the sea stalks.

You'll find riverbuds by the river, siren's sting by the trees near the river, sea stalks by the ocean and star moss on (and inside) the bridges.



Update: With rank 3 I get about 400 riverbud, 250 pollen, 200 star moss and 125 sea stalks per hour.

Update: I've found that route 2 is the best if you have mining and herb. There's too many mobs down by the lake where the sea stalk is. So what you do is you run from east to west along the river gathering all the herbs, and when you get to the end you follow the river back back but mine everything along the river. Once you get to the start position again then herbs should have spawned again.

I've been doing it for 3 days and only recently I've seen alliance there. But just turn off warmode. The 10% doesn't work for material gathering.

With sky golem, lvl3 herbs, glove enchant and anti-dismount lw item, I averaged around 600herbs/hour, plus a couple of anchor weeds. Thanks for the find, +rep!
