here an small info:

i talked with a gm about it, and in the future it will be slightly nerfed (i think the clouds get a longer respawn time)

so "abuse" it, as long it isnt nerfed

There are several windy clouds in the air I have found, but cannot reach. I tried standing on all the nearest possible 'islands'. Nothing works. Any tricks?

those clouds you cant reach are just bugged, there is no way to get them :X
