With a mount you could earn more... but could earn less. When walking you dont have to worry about the Vein repsawns but if your on your mount you might be faster than the veins respawn.

With mount, ill suggest you, to take the red route.

Loch moden is great for alliance, do 3 runs around the zone and you have 9-10 stacks
